I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Newton Edwise and especially to Rituraj Bhai for completely transforming my outlook on my career and future. During my time in class 9th and 10th, I struggled academically, and as a result, I was pushed towards pursuing ITI — a path often seen as leading only to hard labor and low-profile jobs. I believed that was my only option and resigned myself to it, thinking this was what I’d have to do for the rest of my life. However, everything changed when I had a career counseling session with Rituraj Bhai. Through his guidance, I discovered opportunities and career paths I never knew existed. He exposed me to different possibilities and helped me understand my true interests and strengths. For the first time, I felt empowered to decide what I actually wanted to do. Because of that session, I found the courage to follow my dream of working in Human Resources. Today, I am proud to be an HR intern at The UnderGrads, and I am simultaneously pursuing studies in both the technical and management fields, gaining valuable experience in areas I am passionate about.
